Refund Policy

1. Overview
RitalgoClip subscriptions are billed through our payment processor under our Terms of Service. This policy explains when payments are refundable.
2. General Policy
Subscription payments are non-refundable, and we do not prorate partial billing periods. Canceling stops all future renewals — you will not be charged again after you cancel.
3. How to Cancel
Cancel any time in Settings → Manage Subscription (our billing portal) or by emailing support@ritalgo.app. You keep access until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
4. Exceptions
If you were charged twice, charged in error, or experienced an extended verified service failure, contact support@ritalgo.app within 14 days of the charge. We review these case by case and, where warranted, issue a refund to your original payment method through our payment processor.
5. Beta Note
RitalgoClip is in open beta; interruptions and defects are governed by the beta disclaimer in the Terms of Service. We may offer goodwill credits or refunds at our discretion.
