- How many clips does each job deliver?
- Each job currently delivers up to 5 ready-to-post clips from your highest ranked moments. You pay by source hours, not per clip. Very short or mostly silent videos may yield fewer.
- What is a source hour?
- Source hours are the duration of the long-form video you submit. A 90-minute podcast uses 1.5 hours of your monthly quota.
- Can Free users use the editor?
- Yes on a computer with a mouse or trackpad — you can open editor projects and edit the timeline. Phones and tablets can create jobs and download ready-to-post clips, but the timeline editor is desktop-only. Exporting a custom cut and generating new timeline captions require Starter or Pro.
- Does the editor work on phones?
- No. The timeline editor needs a desktop with a mouse or trackpad. Creating jobs, checking status, and downloading ready-to-post clips work on phones.
- What happens when I run out of hours?
- You keep access to the dashboard and existing clips. Submitting new jobs is paused until your period resets or you upgrade.
- How many jobs and editor projects can Free keep?
- Free can keep up to 5 jobs and 2 editor projects at a time — delete older ones to make room, or upgrade for higher limits. Separately, source VODs are removed after the retention window on all plans; ready-to-post clips and editor project edits stay available.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel in Settings → Manage subscription, or reach out on Discord or email support@ritalgo.app. You keep paid hours until the end of the billing period, then move to Free.
- How do Free hours renew?
- Free is 1 source hour per UTC calendar month. Paid plans renew with your Stripe billing period.
